We aim to respond to you within 48 hours depending on the clinical urgency.
If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of using Anima, please contact us and make us aware of this.
If you are unable to use Anima and need support with this, please inform us and we will be glad to assist you with this.
Any front desk or telephone request will still go through Anima – our administrative staff will assist with completing the Anima request.
All patients registering for Anima need to register under ‘Bretton medical practice’ regardless of whether they attend Bretton Medical Practice or Park Medical Centre.

Use the NHS app for prescription requests, test results and access to your medical record.
SystmOnline
Online Appointment Booking
You can book an appointment online via SystmOnline.
You will then be called back for a telephone consultation by a clinician, who may ask for your permission for the consultation to be done via video.
Telephone Booking
We aim to respond to online consultation requests via Anima within 48 hours as we will need to triage the requests and offer appointments based on urgency. Please put as much information as possible when you make these appointment requests.
If for any reason, you do not have access to a computer, smart mobile telephone, a tablet or unable to access internet, please visit our reception for support with booking an appointment online. We will also support you with getting registered for online appointment requests if you are unable to do this.
Please download and use the NHS app to access your GP record, see your test results, request your medications and book available appointments. We do not take requests for prescriptions, medical certificates and test results over the telephone.
